The Best coaches! amazing atmosphere of training partners! Training gives you energy you definitely need! Before I started I’ve seen my daughter grow so much! Not just in BJJ but at school and home she loves jiujitsu and she motivates me to keep pushing myself I love a good sweat! (Definitely feel the push the growth I need to be a better me !)

This is the real deal! Very respectful professors. They make you feel welcomed and i've never had real brazilian jiu jitsu training.

I highly recommend this bjj academy, Mayko and Karen are top notch bjj instructors, it is a great family atmosphere, they really push you to do the best you can. I love this academy because both Karen and Mayko are legit bjj black belts, the academy is really clean, there is also a lot of mat space to roll, and everyone is really friendly!!

Amazing gym with world class instruction! Karen and Mayko are great instructors who truly care about their students and their success. The gym has a ton of classes to fit everyone's needs including: beginner, advanced, women's only, and children's classes with both morning and evening times. The gym is a family friendly environment, but will get you ready for any high level competition you wish to compete at. Karen and Mayko are also world class competitors and their knowledge shows each class. Thank you for making class fun and for passing on your knowledge!

My son started taking Jiu jitsu classes as soon as he turned 3 years old in another State. After we moved to Phoenix about 2 months ago, we were lucky to find Mayko and Karen. My little one is turning 4 now and I have to say that he loves his new class, his new friends and most important he felt comfortable with his new coach Karen. Both Karen and Mayko are very friendly towards new comers and it is important as a parent. They are empowering my son not only with self-defense skills but to be more self confidente and have a better self-discipline.

A very clean gym with amazing instruction! If you are female you will be extremely lucky to have a world champion Karen in the women’s classes too! I always feel welcomed when I go there! Thanks Mayo and Karen for opening a family friendly gym for everyone!
